Candied Walnuts (Stevia-Based)


Lends a more balanced profile to salad, but who needs mas el sucre?


2 cups raw walnuts (or other)
1 egg white
1/3 cup stevia
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1tsp butter
pinch of sea salt


toss nuts with egg white, combine stevia (add stevia to egg if liquid) and cinnamon and toss with nuts mixture, spread on a cookie sheet, cook in 300 oven for 20-30 minutes stir a couple of times.
