Description
Gourmet Alley chef Leo Goforth shares his version of garlic bread. You don't even have to mince or press fresh garlic to make Leo's specialty. Just cut cloves in half and rub over toasted French bread. It's fabulous!

Ingredients
1 large loaf French bread, sweet or sourdough
4 large cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
2 tbsp. parsley, minced
Instructions
Cut bread lengthwise and place on cookie sheet under broiler. Toast very lightly. Immediately rub cut end of garlic cloves over surface of bread. Brush on melted butter, sprinkle with minced parsley and return to oven to keep warm. Slice and arrange in serving basket.
