Sauteed Brussel Sprouts

Description

Delicious side dish, best with fresh thyme!

Ingredients

1/2 lb.Brussel sprouts
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Fresh thyme, (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Cut had ends off brussel sprouts and slice into thin slices. Warm butter in pan over medium heat. Add brussel sprouts and sautee 3 minutes, meanwhile chop up thyme and add to brussel sprouts with salet and pepper, sautee until brussel sprouts begin to brown.
